The inside of the truck was filthy. trash and peanut shells on the driver's side floor and half drank water bottle in the inside of the driver's side door.

Cierra CStaff was not able to understand or answer questions over the phone. When picked up they gave inaccurate information about where rental could be turned in. Over charged on invoice with terms that didn’t match the contract. Charged $1.00 per mile over 30 should have been $0.79 on all miles, charged more gas than should have. Never rent from this location again.
