Broken equipment, could of gotten a ticket from the police. This is the second time picking up from the location. My reservation was made an hour before but still i had to wait for some guy to wipe down the dirty cab. With (Windex) not disinfectant in a Covid situation. I would like my money back. This is not the Uhaul service am used to. I also purchased a vehicle from Uhaul in the past.Fabian S.

The guy was taking long and I explained that the paperwork he gave me was different from my reservation. So he said let's go to the van, he got inside and backed up to another car. The ladies got out and told him he hit the car and he asked me for 20$. She called the cops and a guy who owns an auto shop just happened to pull up to diffuse the situation. He stated 250 could cover the damage. The guy called his boss and gave the lady her money. I made sure I took all the pictures right before this happened so he couldn't even blame me but he would of Of I didn't take pictures.LAMARR M.

The web portal is terrible. Using the app is even worse. It is unfair of uhaul to have such horrendous support for your employees at the locations are so efficient and helpful. I will heartily recommend the location, but not uhaul in general. Being the only show in town is all that keeps you open as a business in my opinion.James D.
Well I never accepted coverage because I have my own renters insurance. But magically I had to pay for coverage I didn't select. For that I'm not renting here again, c c rental is betterIANL T.

I was over charged $30 and when i returned to inquire about the charge the "manager" had just left and he was the only one that could fix the situation then his workers said i had to call customer service to fix the issue when i asked for the # he gave me the road side assistance # then when i told him thats not customer service he provided me with a personal # and to make matters worse i SETTLED with the truck that they had because it was NOT the truck i reserved online it was a smaller van, the back was dirty with leaves and other dust, the seatbelt indicator sound was on regardless if BOTH seatbelts were clipped in. This has been unbelieveable the worse experience i had with a mocving company and for this to be my first time using uhaul this will definitely be the last. Its an extremely bad impression on your company when you offer theme thru a second hand retailer. And the issue of my refund still is not resolved.Queen W.

Mandate that the vehicle is cleaned prior to returning the vehicle or you will incur fines. Their should be more sizes too pick from as well....maybe smaller cargo vans...Marlon M.

Its located in a gas station, so being that it was a Saturday and most of the customers were coming in three four, five times a minute, to buy gas it was pretty hectic and I had to wait a bit before I was serviced. However, the clerk apologized for waiting. They were courteous, professional and the van was spotless. I would recommend it.craig S.
This location was convenient. But it's just a local gas station that offers U-Haul rentals. My van wasn't returned clean and had a white milky residue throughout the entire cargo area. There wasn't another vehicle available so I had little choice as I had to move out that day. I used garbage bags to prevent the substance from getting onto my items. This was a poor experience and not what I expected. This van should have been properly cleaned before made available to rent.SERGIO M.

My reservation was verified before I arrived at the store but the clerk stated otherwise. I made a mistake which turned out to be a good thing because they accepted my appointment. The clerk at the store was only responsive when I said I would call u haul and find out what happened to my reservation. Poor service. Needed the truck but not going back to this store.JEROME F C.
The location I reserved first had no vehicle, I reserved it the night before & no one even called me in the morning about unavailability. When I called the customer service they told me the pickup location I choose does not carry any uhaul but they are still listed on your website. When I called the customer service their response in locating the next available van & pickup location was terrible. I'm really unhappy with the overall experience. I'd definitely think twice before using uhaul next time.Rashedul A.

The gentleman who took our return was very patient and helpful. We were given the wrong truck at pickup and it took him much time and effort to get it straightened out. He kept his cool the entire time and worked directly with a Uhaul rep to correct the issue. Our thanks to hime for sure!ANASTASIA D.
Change "Was the personnel helpful?" to "WERE the personnel helpful?" or "WAS the staff helpful?" The staffer at Lohr's was capable, helpful and very, very quick and efficient. This was most welcome after the week I have had. UHAUL was perhaps the brightest spot in the busiest week I have had in years. Everything worked well and on time. One comment in general -- my wife had accidentially taken the key of the van I rented from MD to Scranton and I had to wait for the (woeful) UPS to get it to me in MD before continuing with my rental sequence. It would be helpful to have a way of working around that sequence beyond the recommended "get a locksmith," which might have gotten the door open, but wouldn't have started the van. I realize how impractical this is, but the auto rental companies have a secret key in their cars for contingencies like this. Perhaps UHAUL could make a second key available.JACK C.
