Better customer service would make this location a lot better.

This location is not open on Saturday although website says it is. I was not setup for mobile pickup so it took time to go through customer service to fix that. I eventually got the truck but it did not have supplies on it that I paid for.

Great experience and location. I showed up a little late but the owner was very helpful and patient. I have been to this location for work on my personal vehicle and they’re great all around. Highly recommend.

The renatl location upon my arrival was closed and it was 1230 in the afternoon. The website said that it was open until 5 pm on a Friday. When i asked about it on the customer service line, I was informed that it was the "weekend" so they were closed, which did not make sense because Friday is still considered a work day. I was not able to do the online check in and when I called for assistance and expressed my frustration after attempting for 40 minutes to access the vehicle, I was told that "I needed to calm down or I would not be helped" and he threatened to hang up on me. I never yelled at him, I was only expressing my frustration with the whole rental process and he did not allow me to explain all that happened. I have rented from Uhaul many times and I will say this is one of the worst experiences I ever had with customer service.

Lower the price on the car haulers, that price is absolutely ridiculous! I want to rent it, not buy it!!!

We were told the day before that we could pick up U-haul at a closer location and then day of the location was changed. The u-haul rep on the phone handled it and discounted our rate. That was very much appreciated for us!! The pick up was very easy and truck was very clean.

absolutely not. these people overcharged me for fuel, when I have a photo showing the fuel gage and the mileage with geoloc data of the truck that I had rented. They charged me for 2 missing furniture pads that were not missing. They keep trying to charge my credit card, without taking off the over-charges that need to be removed. This is wrong. I would never rent from this location or deal with them.

I think the guy came across rude but it could have bee because he was to busy when I got there. I got charge for insurance that I decline and since his system was down when I picked up the trailer he said I has to figure it out with U-Haul. I personally think costumer service needs a bit more attention. I hate going to business and feel like I come to bother . If your system is down make sure you have another way to verify the costumer is getting what he paid for. For recommandation sometimes we don’t option, if I need a trailer and they are the only place with a trailer I would go there to get it but I would advise someone to check their bill before the living

The passenger seatbelt was broken. It wouldn’t retract. My wife and I had to drive around all weekend in an unsafe truck.

This was not a god experience at all. The mobile app kept failing and not processing my reservation and then i was put on hold for several minutes trying to get a hold of a representative that could help me and after 30 minutes i was able to get my truck. Not a good experience at all!

Munoz Auto Services was quick to find my reservation, explain everything, helped me hook up the trailer, and get me on my way. Excellent management and service. Highly recommend Munoz Auto Services and their U-Haul services.
