Service representative was not friendly she was standing outside and did not let us know that she was the representative nor tell us where to park the vehicle. There was no one in the office, we found out she was the representative when she finally walked inside the office. She took the key and never checked the equipment while I was there. I asked for a receipt and she told me by it would be emailed. When I viewed the receipt it had a cleaning charge but I left the vehicle cleaner than I got it. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
