Nothing wrong with this location the only thing I have to say is customer service for U-Haul suck This past Tuesday when I was placing my order for a 26 ft box truck and a car trailer they did not send me the text or the Gmail to the location I was supposed to pick up I live in Bibb County so I thought I was calling the store on Gray Highway in Macon Georgia so that's where I went early that morning to pick up the truck So I get there and the lady tells me that I'm supposed to go to Eatonton Georgia From where I was moving to where I had to pick up my truck was a hour away yes customer service added 50 more miles to the 110 miles that I paid for but that was way out my way to pick up that U-Haul truck and trailer

Owner was present on the day the business was closed and processed the check-in so I didn’t have to utilize the self check in process. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This was not the location I choose on the website. I asked for a dozen blankets; they only had half a dozen. She spent more time talking to her fishing customers (who bought nothing) than to me, someone who was spending over $200. She changed my dropoff location to a neighboring town to where I had selected online. Why can't I just get what I ask for and am paying for?

Have WiFi service. It was supposed to be online pick up. Got there no service so I had to wait for the place to open otherwise uhaul said I was s.o.l. Put me behind and I had paid movers waiting
