Grace BNothing wrong with this location the only thing I have to say is customer service for U-Haul suck This past Tuesday when I was placing my order for a 26 ft box truck and a car trailer they did not send me the text or the Gmail to the location I was supposed to pick up I live in Bibb County so I thought I was calling the store on Gray Highway in Macon Georgia so that's where I went early that morning to pick up the truck So I get there and the lady tells me that I'm supposed to go to Eatonton Georgia From where I was moving to where I had to pick up my truck was a hour away yes customer service added 50 more miles to the 110 miles that I paid for but that was way out my way to pick up that U-Haul truck and trailer
