DANIEL WRep tried to add insurance when I didn’t want it. When I caught it he tried to sell it to me. I specifically checked to see if”no” box during reservation. This happened at this store in the past and I didn’t catch it. Trailer was not clean and leaked. My close and boxes go soaked.
JOSEPH RTrailer was perfect for my needs. Hauled a 2020 Rav 4 over 400 miles without issue. Also the assistance at this rental location was excellent.

KATHY Smy pickup time was 4pm. I got there at 3:54pm and no one was there to direct me. Why managemnt left before closing-time is beyond me. I had to call the help line and it literally took over an hour before I was in the truck and on the road. My frustration was off the charts as was my wifes. She told me that evening that we should use a different company next time if we need to move anything.

Linda GThey were closed when we got there so no one helped us. We did it ourselves but it was easy enough.
Karen MThe car dolly had a rusted pivot piece and brake lights on the passenger side were not working on both the truck and car dolly. The individual who helped us told us he would not help us load the car as it was a liability for him to touch the car. UHaul assured me that people at a UHaul location would help us. I told the gentleman this and relented and he finally did walk us through it without jeopardizing his liability and I definitely appreciated it. A family member who followed us to help load the vehicle discovered the brake light issue the roadside assistance that I purchased from UHAUL discovered the broken car dolly pivot piece when fixing the brake lights. Which potentially saved us from great harm in our Michigan to Arizona move.
Madra MWhen someone calls the day before to verify they can pick up the truck at 8:30am, make sure the guy working that morning knows about it and doesn't argue withe client saying he can't get the truck until 9am.

Michael PYou charged me for safe drive and I never dinged up. I had an online reservation and check in going, an associate named David took over and apparently added on safe drive for $60 without my permission or knowledge and finished the check in off line … I hadn’t realized it happened until check out. Which I was able to complete online ironically without the help of an associate… the intervention only happened with check in apparently The app said an associate would follow up on this and never did I’m going to start to dispute the entire charge with my bank because no one followed up and it was so shady to begin with

Sandy-Elizabeth DI was unable to use my phone to check in my equipment, had to contact U-Haul. Also i heeded the sign in the truck that said “Avoid the $25 cleaning fee and sweep out the rental”. I did sweep it out, wiped down the seats and stuck in the cab and was still accessed a $25 cleaning fee. I guess that was a “tip”. I have pictures from when i turned in the equipment showing it clean. Doesn’t appear I can attach them here. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. U-Haul has good equipment, they have good people too, everyone i worked with was very helpful. The automation for setting up rentals is awful. Return didn’t work even though i had used it before. It made the whole experience much worse than it needed to be.
David GThe UHaul section was closed at 4:00 when I was returning the trailer . However the pen oil oil change area was luckily still open so I was able to return the same day. David was very helpful.
Carl WI was asked to wait 15 min. After the 15 min passed I asked if someone was going to help me and was told just a minute. Ended up having to wait for 20 minutes with a young child and no seating to wait. The truck was good.

Leon AThe manager charged me a miss drop fee even though I had not selected a location for a drop. Uhaul cleared the fee after I called.
