The truck had a smell of dead fish in the back, however, was physically cleaned. The store opened at 10am. The person didn't arrive until after 10am. Moving is stressful and it added to the stress and affected timelines.

I rented a Uhaul on Saturday. My reservation said 9 am. The location did not open until 10 am. The manager did not show up until 10:10 am. He lost the keys to the truck. I did not leave the rental until 10:45 am. It was supposed to be a one-day rental. At 3PM the storage manager called and said there is someone waiting in the parking lot for the truck you have. I hurried to get the truck back, I think this could have be handled better with better communication. I sell communication information. I can connect the time each location is open to your call center. The goal is to have the best customer experience for your customers. I think we can make your check out and check in smother. I'm a master agent for telecom and IT. I could fix some of these options, I think it would be a saving monthly. Would it make sense to discuss this? I think it would help Uhaul customer service. Instead of trying to match the fuel level equal to that which was in the tank at rental, I suggest the truck be full of fuel with the expectation that it is returned full.

Felt like a criminal walking in there. She made me Park the vehicle in the back and then we had to walk back to the vehicle then she drove it back in while i had to walk. Very unprofessional check-in process.

This location was an extreme help after, I reserved and then got a call from customer care saying no trucks within a 150 mile radius. I asked the customer care agent if any trucks in any other sizes were available and she said she could not assist me and would call me if a truck came in. I then called this location and found out my original reservation had been cancelled without my knowledge. This location was able to track down a truck and make another reservation for me all to pick up in time. I move every 6 months for work and in the future I will utilize another company for my moving needs. I had 24 hours to be out of my apartment and U-Haul canceling my original and putting me through all the headache and stress resulted in me rushing to get everything done in a short time frame.

The truck was infested with cockroaches and we didn't realize it until we got to our destination. I'm absolutely physically sick thinking that my personal items may now have cockroaches in it! I've never had to deal with anything like this in my life!

The truck was in very bad need of front end work It shimmied and shook all over the road at 65mph Even at 35 it swayed and veered all over the road Couldn't maintain control of truck Needs to be serviced bad I think uhaul needs to maintain vehicle's better

I was happy with uhaul. But I accident my locked the keys in the truck after a very stressful move. They tried telling me they didn't have a extra key but I know that's not true. I felt that I was lied to. Other than that I was sort of satisfied.

I made the reservation over the phone. They told me to go to a new location as the one in Davison did not have trailers. I went to that location the day before to make sure everything was in order. I was then told to go to another location as they did not have a trailer. I went to the 3rd location and asked to make my reservation a round trip instead of a one way. He cancelled my reservation instead! So when I went there on my scheduled day, they not only cancelled the reservation but did not have the trailer! Then we called the reservations line and found one several miles away with 12 minutes to get there. Thankfully the reservation specialist called them and they waited for me. The man said I would receive a 50.00 credit for all my trouble. I hope that happens.. The trailer had brake problems and tried to jack knife several times. Hope that gets fixed.

The truck had a sticker stuck to the windshield right in the middle of my field of view! I spent about 10 hours trying to ignore it/see around it. Verrrry annoying!!

I had a guaranteed pick-up time of 9am, at 9:17am I contacted U-Haul customer service to see if they had an alternate phone number for MY Space Self Storage so I may find out when they would arrive. While on the phone the employee showed up at 9:20am then had to wait for him to get the computers turned on to complete my rental.. Highly disappointed with my pick-up experience at this location.

Trailer was previously damaged left fender badly. Almost touching tire. Trailer to short inside to stand up and load properly and no where to connect ratchet straps on walls. The small slits in the wood arent large enough to hook straps too.

The tail lights were inop before we left for Texas. Call the 1800 number after a hour someone finally answered just to tell me there was no one in my area to repair the trailer. She told me to drive as is or wail until the morning for a repairman. I received NO help.
