My Storage Ammon gave excellent service and was very accommodating to our needs. The customer service representative went out of his way to make sure the truck dolly was set up correctly and explained everything we needed to know. He was waiting for us when we returned and helped us back up to the trailer drop off spot. He was business oriented making sure he completed all the information needed yet he was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend My Storage Ammon for storage or UHaul needs.

Lemont SCustomer service was amazing, the trick was clean and the gas was full. The only downside we encountered was the tires were almost balled. But other than that, we would rent again!

Blake MGive some sort of credit or discount for putting extra fuel. I got it with half a tank and the gauge didn’t read correctly so I ended up filling it full. We were on a tight budget.
Juan BThe guy couldn't get me checked in using his phone and the office computer so he needed to use my phone. Then he argued with me that the gas tank was closer to 1/2 full than it was to 5/8s full and charged me an extra 21$for gas. I want to speak to someone to get these extra charges returned.

Lanette MAgent set me up to return the trailer to a U-Haul location that was still under construction with nobody there to help me, so I had to go to another place. That place did not know how to accept the type of trailer I had. I got an email giving me a receipt for a payment of $0.00. But my bank says I had a charge from U-Haul.
