Pickup went really well, Chris was extremely kind and helpful. When we dropped the moving truck off, we had trouble downloading the app and then uploading all the pictures required felt like a lot, it took us a lot longer to turn it in than we expected. But overall our experience was great. If the drop off process was simpler, that would have made it even better.

Pickup was complicated, because my area was low on stock for the equipment that I needed. And I went to the wrong address initially. Driving, packing and unpacking went very well!

The customer service representative went out of his way to make sure the truck dolly was set up correctly and explained everything we needed to know. He was waiting for us when we returned and helped us back up to the trailer drop off spot. He was business oriented making sure he completed all the information needed yet he was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend My Storage Ammon for storage or UHaul needs.
