I had the 10 ft truck reserved and the only one available when I arrived was the 26 ft, not a huge deal and didn't overcharge me but it was very intimidating to drive and didn't fit into the driveways that I needed it to. Got the job done but would have felt much better in the size I wanted.

The location was great. The only issue was that they did not have the truck that I needed. I reserved online at another location 10 miles away from this location. I arrived at the location, it was closed, and they had not put the keys out. U-Haul customer service helped me find a location that had a truck but I had to get a 26' instead of a 15'. Big difference, but it worked out. I had to pay for the 26' truck though, which is typical for U-Haul. The people at the location in Greensburg were great and easy to work with.

The person that I felt with did not speak English very clear and I did not understand what he was saying. In the end I was expecting the cost to be around $60 for the rental and it ended up costing over $130.00 Also the rental guy was not available until 2:00 pm EST
