I was supposed to get the $12.00 foldable dolly, I never got the correct dolly that I paid for, first they brought out a small one, then after some communication issues and about 10 minutes time they brought me an appliance dolly which was still not correct, I got tired of doing this back and forth so I just took the appliance dolly, however, this did not work for our needs so that was money wasted.

The u haul didn’t have gas in it and I put gas in! They didn’t listen to me on the online price I got they charged me more and the worker in my way deli didn’t even clean the back of it there was something sticky all over the floor! Not happy last time I used uhaul was great customer service not this place! Please go to another location

He informed me there was an issue with my drivers license (I double checked what was uploaded, and everything was accurate). I had to re-enter all information again. - Truck had the check engine light on (I called customer service to inform), and food crumbs and dirt all over the floor mats and cup holders. - Will not be using this location ever again.
Robert SThey just took the keys and said I'll get an email. They were too busy to help me. And I just got notice of a charge on my credit card from the drop off. There shouldn't be any extra charges

ROBERT SHorrible customer service and they don’t know how to find my order when I paid online after I reserved it. I had to copy my license into the system at the store several times after I already did it online and redo all the paperwork

VICTORIA TParking lot is too small for big trucks, they didn’t have what I ordered, still got charged for it, even though I didn’t get it. Should have just used a u-haul facility.
Raymond OThe truck was in poor driving condition and it sounded like the differential was going to fall off.
Nick MThe drop off location was terrible. I now have to call and figure out why I was charged $80 for 16 gallons of fuel even though I filled the truck prior to returning. I also only drove 12 miles so that equates to a negative MPG usage which is virtually impossible. I would never use this location for anything.
Joseph IThis was the most awful experience ever.I will never ever recommend this location. I would actually like to file formal complaint about the service at this location. They were not ready, they did not provide me with what I paid for, namely the furnutirw blankets and hand truck,they did not know how to use their own system, it took three clerks before they had to call someone ELSE and screen share to navigate the system. They gave me the keys to the WRONG vehicle , The uhaul was on EMPTY GAS AND THE Check engine light was on. when I returned the equipment it was even more of a disaster. They could not check me out. They could not modify the reservation even though when I left, They told me that they would be able to modify the reservation with the add-ons I did NOT receive, At the time that I returned the truck, it was very unfortunately another disaster and two new clerks could not figure out the system. Very unprofessional , very stressful, amd the experience was my worst experience ever with any customer service, let alone uhaul...
