Customer should check their receipts. I was overcharged. Charged me $72 for gas when i only went 6 miles. Also charged me for the insurance twice. They blamed it on the computer system put that's not true. They corrected the transaction but i still waiting for my money to go back in my bank account. Don't rent from them unless you like giving away money.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe were disappointed to find that the furniture dolly and blankets that I paid for were not in the truck. We were on a time constraint and had to leave the location.
Ardena SThe vehicle was not cleaned and had food and other items in the cup holder and driver door. I got the gas on quarter tank and filled it back to quarter. They then charged my credit card for extra gas and over milage. Disappointed.
