I did not receive a call the day before the scheduled pickup as described in the app. I waited until after 5:00 pm but when I had not received the call, I called the help line. It took some time to find my rental and then to be transferred to the correct person. At that point I was told the pickup location had been changed. It was only about three miles away so it did work out. As for the actual pickup and drop off the app and all other details worked very well.
Randall GI did not speak with anyone. However, I was charged a fuel fee for returning the truck now I received it adding an extra $40 to the $80 I had already paid for gas. Significantly adding to to the cost of my move.

She walked me through picking up the key And was very helpful. I greatly appreciated this as moving is stressful.
