Rented truck with hand truck or cart. None in truck Supposed to be open till 5 p but closed before that. Thought I was doing a non phone pickup. Connor was not clear. Poor customer service overall. Next person I talked with was almost no help. So now I’m looking at a bunch of key boxes on a pole wondering how I am going to get the truck. That gal I talked with was very helpful and walked me through the steps for phone pickup. So now back to the missing cart. I turned the truck in , played your picture game and noted no hand cart. You still charged me 12 bucks for the cart. So another phone call to get the money refunded. Only one person out your whole organization did their job. Your company should be embarrassed. You suck

Charles BIt was a little bit difficult to find because Waze directions were confusing. I dropped it off after hours on Saturday so no one was in the office at that time. However, the drop box was clearly marked. Thank you!!
Caroline HWe were charged for mileage from a previous renter due to their mileage not being notated after their return and it has been a hassle trying to retrieve a refund of my $88!!! Lots of the blame game between pickup and drop off location but hopefully we’ve gotten it taken care of. Otherwise typical uhaul rental and easy pickup and easy to contact.
