I did not speak with anyone. However, I was charged a fuel fee for returning the truck now I received it adding an extra $40 to the $80 I had already paid for gas. Significantly adding to to the cost of my move.

I'M IN MY MID 80'S MOVING MY DAUGHTER OUT OF STATE 1100 MLS). THE HELP AND PROFESSIONALISM BY ALL I DEALT WITH IN THE WHOLE OPERATION WAS OUTSTANDING. PICK UP AND DELIVERY AND PICK UP AGAIN ON THE OTHER SIDE WAS GREAT. THANK YOU.

Their parking area was very cramped, but I had room to pull the truck and trailer in.

Staff was very helpful and understanding when I went to the wrong location and because of the time difference between Illinois and Indiana, I Was at the location more than an hour after closing. She walked me through picking up the key And was very helpful. I greatly appreciated this as moving is stressful.
