1. Rental was moved here from my preferred location. 2. When I arrived to pick up trailer, office was closed (at 9:30AM, so called number on door and was instructed just to pick up the trailer, which did not seem right to me, so called U-Haul 800# and was directed to region manager (Andy?) 3. Region manager said direction to just take trailer was not correct, so finalized contract remotely. 4. Trailer was dirty with several chicken bones and debris.

Thomas SHi, first I would like to say that the Customer Service was excellent, and I would use the location again and I do recommend it. They did acknowledge that they did not have time before I got there to clean the van. I sad it was okay.
Amanda Pi would like a refund, all of my babies clothes and belongings reek of cigarettes from whoever had the van last. as well as filled with trash and equipment i did not request making me have to drive more to get the job done. this made my move more difficult, as well as causing second hand smoke to myself and my baby. i have asthma so now im having trouble breathing due to how bad it smelled in the van. i have never had such a bad experience with uhaul before - or at all before this. i tried reaching out with no response. it also took about 45 min to even get the keys for this van when it was also left UNLOCKED as well as having low tire pressure.

aleyshka pBilly did an excellent job and I would work with him again. Only problem was out of his control. I held rental truck with Credit card and Uhaul doesn't refund onto Credit card and then allow you to pay cash or use Cashiers check for final bill. Created a huge expensive problem for me.
rod RI ordered a dolly, they never had it. I ordered a pickup for 1pm but they delayed till 3pm cause they needed to do an oil change. I ordered online for $19.95 per day, but was charged $82 and didn’t even drive 100-miles.
James SI had ordered a dolly to go with the truck, but it was not there. It would have been nice to have been notified that they did not have one so I could have made other arrangements.

James BI got in the truck to find it had a dirty windshield and the gas gauge was wrong. The attendant was not able to come out to show me the vehicle so I had to locate it myself and self report the gas problem. Learned upon drop-off that the mobile app was supposed to text me and have a virtual walkthrough. That is quite a problem. Didn't have the time in my schedule to get the truck windshield cleaned before getting on the road as there was a move that was already behind schedule when the. original truck I rented from a different U-haul location was not available at pickup resulting in me having to start over and locate this one, also out of town. Finally, the budgeted miles did not seem to account for me wanting to safely travel on interstates (I-49 and I-40, which is an additional 60 miles longer than the more dangerous windy mountain path) as there was additional charges for too many miles on the truck when I returned it.
Phil SI was called by a U-haul representative who quoted me $87 and some change for my trip at 40 miles including taxes and fees. I ended up going 41 miles which should have added $0.89 to my total but she never included the safe move charge and some other fees and my total was $104.26. So I was charged $16 over what should have been. Other then that, location was great with great customer service and a pleasant experience.

Dean PI wasn't told when I rented the equipment that I was responsible for putting gas back into the truck which I know this should be a given but sometimes when dealing with stressful situations like moving you forget common sense things so I was caught off guard when my card was charged an additional charge for not putting the gas back in. A little reminder probably would be great when the other pick-up and drop-off instructions are given. Otherwise excellent service

Adrian SI received a call the morning of pickup. Was told they would leave the keys and they may not be there when I got there due to needing to transfer more trucks. I went to the pickup location on my reservation form. And there was no truck and the building was locked. I returned 1/2 hour later, the building was now open. The folks there did not know about my reservation. I then looked at my email, and there was a different address to pick up the truck. So I had to go find that place…. I also reserved the truck and 20 moving pads. I was told that I would have to go to a distribution center to get the pads. So 1-1/2 hours behind schedule, I did get the equipment that I had reserved. The truck was clean, with a brand new windshield. The only issue was they failed to replace the wiper blades, which made for an interesting trip in the Saturday morning rain. Also, not that I needed it, but one of the reverse lights was broken. Overall, things went well. Just need to work on the little things, keeping the customer informed and happy. I would think 3 weeks would be enough time to round up moving pads and advise of a pickup location change. You do a fine job in keeping the truck rental affordable.

Guy VVery poor customer service, especially communication. Truck gas tank empty - gauge showed out - almost ran out of gas, no warning or explanation. Product was fine.
edward iWas disappointed in the fact that corporate had to change my location to here due to the trailer I reserved online was not available where it stated online. When I got here they were closed and no one was available to check me out. I had to do so over the phone with someone in Tulsa, OK. Made me an hour late.
