I rented a small inclosed trailer. We drove through a lot of rain and the trailer leaked.
Allen W1. Rental was moved here from my preferred location. 2. When I arrived to pick up trailer, office was closed (at 9:30AM, so called number on door and was instructed just to pick up the trailer, which did not seem right to me, so called U-Haul 800# and was directed to region manager (Andy?) 3. Region manager said direction to just take trailer was not correct, so finalized contract remotely. 4. Trailer was dirty with several chicken bones and debris.

Thomas SHi, first I would like to say that the Customer Service was excellent, and I would use the location again and I do recommend it. They did acknowledge that they did not have time before I got there to clean the van. I sad it was okay.
