This location is typically a drop off location so they don't have a lot of equipment, but the manager is nice & helpful.

I had one problem, when I arrived at my destination in Birmingham, Alabama to pack the u-haul the ramp was not on the truck. I called the 800 number and I was told that they would send me one, however, no one came. However, Mythic location was very helpful and an inviting location. I totally recommend this location.

It’s not the location’s fault. U-Haul makes it entirely too difficult to rent a truck now. It took me over 30 min to get my truck bc I didn’t receive the steps email until last minute. I also had to delete apps off of my phone just to use the app. It’s inconvenient and there should be a better way to check in if you’re allowing a physical place to rent out the trucks other than an actual U-Haul establishment. When I move again, I will be using Penske or some other method bc this was ridiculous. I hated every second of it and won’t be doing again. Additionally, the just running the establishment, totally unrelated to U-Haul, was an absolute gem.

Truck wasn't swept out when we picked it up, but we were charged a cleaning fee when we turned it in. This was not the original location for us to pick up a U-Haul, the original location wouldn't let us take the truck because they couldn't reach someone named Chad for authorization. Called U-Haul and the sent us to this location. Representative also said we would get the larger truck for the 15ft price and would get $50 off because the first location wouldn't give us the truck we reserved. We didn't receive that on the final billing. Drop off location was reserved to be in Moody AL., but when we went to drop the truck off, the app showed a place 20 miles away and wouldn't let us proceed with the truck return procedures due to not being at that location. The whole experience was probably the worst experience with a moving truck company I've ever had. from the original pickup location being completely inept and clueless to U-Haul rental procedures, to having to speak to multiple customer service reps who still managed to not give us our guarantee discount we were owed, to returning the equipment. Absolute nightmare when you are already having a busy and tiring day moving.

I cant think of a single thing! I especially like how Nathan caught the fact that I had not selected an insurance plan. Gave me peace of mind to be insured.

This location is pretty excellent and I'm happy I did my pickup and drop-off here. Despite encountering technical difficulties with the U-Haul app, the owner of the location went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get our reserved truck. We almost had to reschedule to another day and put off our moving plans, but thanks to this location's commitment we were able to still get the job done as we had originally planned. Thanks again.
