The U-Haul dealer/handler is not on-site, and it took 30 minutes to get “approval” from him to take the keys from the gas station attendant. The truck was not swept out, and 1 dozen blankets were just thrown in the back… I ordered 3 dozen. This was not the location I reserved the truck at 3 weeks prior, and the closest dealer had several on the lot for an entire week leading up to pickup.

ERNEST CLocation of truck on that property was inconvenient and far away from the actual lockbox where the key was.
Scott WWindshield did need cleaning from bugs from previous renter. When cleaned ther was a starburst on the glass that was hidden from inspection.
MICHAEL RNeeded supplies, a dolly and cart etc. None available at this location. A terrible surprise.
