A few complaints - but nothing to do with this location. Millis Gas had my original reservation and the truck was not available when I arrived. I also found the app to be very repetitive with entering the same information over and over.
ASHLEY SThis location was advertised to open at 9am but we were told we could pick it up at 8am, but the key was not left in the drop box for us so we had to wait an hour to get our rental.
James PWhen I checked in to pick up the truck, I had to resubmit much of the information I had already submitted online when making the reservation a few days earlier. That shouldn't be necessary.
