All was handled so well - I had called a few days before as I was picking up early on a Sunday morning and the manager of the location was great. He explained the pickup/dropoff process and was patient. I used the Uhaul app and it worked perfectly.

Michael GThe worst service I ever experienced. They changed the location for pick up about 20 miles far. When we went to pick up the truck their system was down, and we were told they don't have truck for out of the state,and that the lady that change the location made a mistake. We called again, our reservation was canceled and they did a new one in a 3rd location. When we dropped the truck at the location their system was down again. We receive a payment receipt that does not show anything. I would never use U haul service. Never! It was my 1st and last time!!!! I am so sorry, but I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone!
vlad sI was disappointed that just two days before my rental was to start, U-Haul contacted me to say that the equipment would not be available and that I'd need to pick up and drop off at a different location.
