Dogs in the store stinks
Antonie BMy experience with this location was exceptional. I made contact with his location via phone call and the customer service was excellent.. The representative willingly answered all my questions which helped tremendously in my decision of which size truck I would need and she was spot on. Arrival for pickup was smooth and easy. The welcoming smile, willingness to help and being very knowledgeable about this location rental process was the best have encountered. I recommend that this location continue as they have shown me and I know that will also help the next customer and all to come.
Angel DWorse rental ever. Will never use them again. First we spent almost two hours trying to get the key. The dolly we ordered was not on the truck we had to rent one from somewhere else. Return was nit a problem but after was. We were charged for nit returning the dolly, which we never received and extra money that they have not been able to explain the charges. Since that time tgey have taken payments twice from my credit card,causing me to have to close that account. This business is stealing from customers and need to be closed down.

Susan FDue to issues, I required a larger truck. Customer service assisted and a truck was found and I picked it up and turned in the 15' truck. Days later you changed me for a truck I didn't use. Please give me my money back!
Alan JThe u haul I received was in very bad shape the head light on one side was out we couldn’t move anything in the dark. Also it was damaged real bad U-Haul I was very disappointed that never happened to me but I have two more rental coming up I hope they will be better.

Benjamin DMissing both dollys that I rented . Truck didn’t have any gas at all and now they’re trying to charge me for not filling it up . Wouldn’t recommend I’ve rented from here before with no problems in the past but I will not fill up a truck that wasn’t full when I received it I put more in than when I got it.

Bridgette WWhen it's time for pick up, that extra online work is a hard time. It literally took 30 minutes for me after my schedule pick up time. Also it did not let me check in on my android phone but it did on an iPhone. Otherwise it was okay, wish it had them long things on the back that helps but it was okay.
Debrann GThe truck wasn't clean at all. It was really filthy. The engine light was on and I was super nervous about driving it. I was on a deadline so I just dealt with it. The older guy at the pick up location was rude too lol. Honest!

MaNiya LI understand a late few because I was ;ate with the truck by 15min Its was supposeed to be for 24hours and It wasnt And for them to turn around and hit me with a 248.00 bill is insane I should be suning them for those dogs they have a the job

I didn’t do anything to cause them to act this way. Them dogs need to stay out of this location before they seriously hurt someone

Chrichelle Dthe drop box was not available to leave key and the facility was not open at the times indicated on the website ? - Luckily we a U-Haul personnel on phone was very helpful., - as well as an employee of the location Did show up to take the keys as we were on phone with U-Haul - overall service was good-excellent
Carole MI called ahead of time to make sure that the truck would be ready, and that they had the packing blankets along with the dolly. The employees were very unhelpful and rude, and were unwilling to assist me in locating a dolly that was supposed to be with my reservation. I will not be using this location again.

Cambera HRip off. Got charged for 300 miles I never used. I didn’t even use 40 miles. Ppl were uneducated and not able to meet your needs. I returned after 3 hours and invoice said 5 hours. Gas tank was below a half and got charged for bringing it back with 1/2 tank. Don’t ever, ever use this location. Now I had to report to upper management and was told it could take 72 hours, but my card was charged for unnecessary nonsense!!!!

Heidi GTruck was full of trash. Had to wait 45 minutes to pick up truck. Did not have appliance dolly I requested and was told to go get a regular dolly out of another truck if I wanted one. After drop off they did not check truck in until the next day. Regional office actually called and asked if I still had truck. Wtf?
jason bEverything went well. Due to gas prices I understand the need to limit hours to keep a uhaul, but when they go down you should really consider letting people keep the truck longer. We had to work twice as hard to finish in time.

Justin POverall no problems, easy to get to and use the key box, easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The truck was not dirty or in bad shape but there was a hypodermic needle in the overhead compartment ... It probably got overlooked, I don't blame the location for that
Andrew GI asked for 12 moving blankets and turned in exactly what I was given. Now they are charging me for a missing blanket. I folded each and put them in the cab as directed. UHaul is the worst customer service experience I have ever had

James CThis was a self serve/independent check in site. The code to the the key box was alpha and the key box was numeric. Once customer service assisted me with opening the key box, the box was empty...there was no key. The truck was unlocked so thinking this particular truck might have been one that was returned and perhaps the key had been placed in key return and not yet back into the appropriate key box (?). Not sure what happened here, but major problem causing me to cancel this reservation on the spot and have customer service locate another truck at my final destination an hour and a half away since there were no trucks left in the local area leading to additional and unexpected time and expense.
Carreen RStop cancelling and rescheduling pick up locations on the last day.. I was re-routed two times the previous day to other locations which was 50 miles from my location -> hence i spend 100 miles of mileage (99$) just due to U-HAUL's rescheduling of locations. In my opinion, this amount (or at least 75% of it) should be refunded by U-HAUL

Latisha JNo U-Haul representative on site during normal business hours. The retail store clerk's only input was you have to do everything on the app. He had no knowledge of the app or how to use it. All the trucks and trailers were located on one end of the building. The key pick up lock box was located on the opposite end of the building with no signage to lead you to it. It was like a scavenger hunt to find the lock box. Not what I needed after a very frustrating check in process.
Jason HNo Key at the time of pick up, had to wait a few hours to get a key, mileage on truck was wrong, I only drove 31 miles and got charged for 94, could not check truck in on app, worst experience with anything I ever rented
michael bThe front ent shakes when it gets up to about 60 MPH. The store owner was 2 hours late opening up. When I clicked on the message I was sent from UHaul, the message told me to return the truck to Sunny Food #7. When I got to Sunny Food 7 and clicked on return truck it told me that I should be in Mrs Nadias parking lot, which is where I rented the truck. I was in that area when I finished up using the UHaul and could have just stopped by there, but I was following directions that I was sent from you guys. So that costed me more mileage, gas, and my time.
Stephen BIt would be nice to have a small ramp on the back of the van to help load stuff as opposed to having to lift heavy things just to load them. Other than that, the process was easy and super simple.
Yazmine GAfter making my payment to rent it online they lady took a very long time and gave me trouble getting the uhaul I had to kids with me and I had to Uber there from Pelham everyone at the company was very rude if you don’t like your job quit the tire had a bubble in the side of it and was leaking air they added charges to my card when I only kept it for 1 day end up owing 237 extra dollers and after putting over 50 dollers in gas in the vehicle I won’t be using uhaul again
Rebecca BI reserved my truck on a Tuesday for the following Sunday. Went to the location Saturday to rent a appliance dolly and to make sure the correct procedure to check out my truck since I was picking it up after hours only to find out the truck had been rented. If I hadn’t went that Saturday I would have never known it had been rented out therefore I would have gone Sunday to find no truck. The girl was extremely rude and unhelpful she finally attempted to find me another truck at another location but it was to late I was already pissed. It was an act of congress to get her to rent me an appliance dolly. This is know way to treat customers or do business luckily I was able to borrow a trailer to move my furniture. Never had this kind of experience with uhaul before. If she hates her job that bad find another one

Darrell FRude, unprofessional, biased, after reserving a truck online the employee told me it was unavailable then after a 45 min wait I was finally able to use the truck. There was no vehicle check before use and didn’t go too far but was charged full reserve price. I opted out on insurance because I wasn’t going far and returned the truck within an he of use yet was still charged for insurance. Never going back

Shirley NThe non-contact checkout option totally failed. Customer support was of no help. Reservation was moved from one location to another last minute then reservation had to be cancelled because of a system glitch not allowing me access to my lock to obtain the key. After finally getting the the key, the ignition failed each time I tried to crank the vehicle. Needs servicing badly. Overall poor experience. Glad it was a quick local need only spanning 10miles/2hours of use. Pretty disappointed.

Arneita TStaff was very rude and uninterested in doing any work. When I arrived the clerk had her head laying on the desk with her coat over her head I had to ask to be helped more then once. They had a terrible attitude about having to do work at all. There was not a walk around done, I didn’t have any assistance backing up to the trailer or help picking up the heavy trailer to put on the ball of my truck. My overall experience was extremely poor because of the staff and location the trailer itself was fine but do to the staff and location I will not go back there and have advised others not to go there already and will continue to do so. Strong consideration should be taken on if this location should be allowed to be apart of your company. I have used U-Haul many times in the past and have been pleased. This time was very much not what I have come to expect from u-haul.
Jonathan BThe lady, did not have enough staff. So 20’ truck and trailer were not ready. After she verified the location of trailer. I went out to begin travel and the trailer was blocked by other Uhaul vehicles. I had to go back in the building and ask her to move the Uhaul vehicles. THEN I had to back the truck up to the trailer, she did not assist. Very very bad customer service!!!!
