The person at the location told us they didn’t know anything about renting the trucks. He also told her he didn’t have the size truck we were requesting even though it was sitting on the parking lot. I had to call U-Haul to complete my rental. I had to start all over again even though I did everything on line.

kattia aThe woman that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. She made the process easier. When I returned to check the truck back in the place was closed because it was Sunday which I totally understand. That wasn't the problem at all. The U-Haul App was the biggest problem I encountered. It wouldn't let me check my vehicle back in. I finally had to call the help line because 2 hours later I got a text that it was still active and wanted me to return the vehicle to another location. The woman at the U-Haul help line was very nice and we got the problem fixed.
