How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person at the location told us they didn’t know anything about renting the trucks. He also told her he didn’t have the size truck we were requesting even though it was sitting on the parking lot. I had to call U-Haul to complete my rental. I had to start all over again even though I did everything on line.
