We had some difficulty with our pick up due to the poor cell phone reception on the property. With the assistance of the gentleman inside the Churchills store and customer service, a short hike down the street and the use of multiple cellphones, we got squared away and were able to access the lockbox. Once all that happened we were on our way. Not sure what you can do about it - maybe a heads up that cell phone reception could be an issue if a pick up is occurring after hours!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI guess it needs to be explained to customers that they need to use the App before going in the actual building. Personally, I would have rather not went into a cigar area when picking up my Uhaul. Had I known that I was not going to visit with a actual person, I would have stayed in my personal vehicle to use the app if would have been told before hand. Other then having to use the app rather than a person, overall the uhaul pickup and drop off was good.

Deanna WThe person at the location told us they didn’t know anything about renting the trucks. He also told her he didn’t have the size truck we were requesting even though it was sitting on the parking lot. I had to call U-Haul to complete my rental. I had to start all over again even though I did everything on line.
