They park the biggest U-Haul in the back can't maneuver, the truck out I had someone with a CDL trying to do it they can't even maneuver it out. The location of the U-Haul needs better parking spots for the trucks. And you guys want to know why people hit things I will not be paying it!

Anthony R.I specifically called the location at 48th and Vine in Lincoln before pick up for a reservation. I did not look at the email sent to me because I knew where I called. On arrival I found out I was taking to a call center and was scheduled for a pick up at 70th and VanDorn. It took a bit of annoyance to even get the counter person off the chair to check where I was to pick it up. Arriving at 70th and VanDorn they didn't even have anyone to do the contract for pickup and I was turned away. The owner was there who I have known for years and said they couldn't help until morning. calling the call center back I finally talked to a manager who found a trailer part way to my destination that I was able to get even befor the Lincoln locations opened. I wasNOT going to return the unit to Fremont and the NAPA person was able to arrange that. He was amazing and is there for the customer.

Other than that everything what's good. The pickup location people were friendly and very prompt.

GREG L.The U haul had over 168,000 miles on it and rode very rough not like it stated on the side of the truck as being smooth riding, it drove like a bulldozer. The mama's actic leaked when it rained and got our items wet. I know there not suppose to be waterproof but after 168,000 miles the seals and structural integrity are shot. I will add up the damages since I had that saferide and turn it in.
Robert T.Trailer rode very rough when there was no weight on it. Called the location to change our drop off due to not wanting to drive 2+ hours with an unloaded trailer to bring it back to pick up location. Representatives at Napa store and the UHaul Nebraska representatives were rude and unhelpful on the phone, indignantly questioning if we were driving the correct speed with the trailer and then ultimately we were overcharged for the service despite fulfilling all of the requests and correctly communicating drop off time and location.
