The service was good, very quick in and out. The trailer was covered in slush and ice and was dirty and wet on the inside. Must have been used during crappy weather and not cleaned up.

The people at this location are very nice and helpful, however the dolly that I rented was in rough shape, the passengers side fender bolts were all loose and the fender was rubbing on the tire and all the lighting wires were frayed and exposed, in order to make it the 1300 miles I had to go I had to take the wheel off and tighten the bolts holding the fender on otherwise it would have rubbed on the tire the whole time. Wheel straps were all in rough shape. Dolly needed a lot of work but did get me were I was going.

The store manager was extremely helpful when I realized I had reserved the wrong size trailer and he went out of his way to make sure I had the correct size trailer on the same day as my reservation. He saved me a great deal of stress with my move. He did an excellent job!!

Very good experience. Personnel very very helpful and knowledgeable. They hooked the trailer when I picked it up. They made sure all lights work. They also insisted on unhooking when I returned the trailer. They asked if I had any problems and if my trip went well. They also followed COVID-19 protocol.

After booking my reservation online to go one way from fremont to beatrice and return the truck in beatrice, I showed up at the scheduled time to pick up the truck. Once I was in the store and working on getting everything squared away so I could take the truck, they told me that the truck was an "in town truck" and that I couldn't return the truck in beatrice because they "owned" the truck (even though it had Arizona plates...) so, naturally I was forced to either pay double the gas and mileage or pay a $500 fee to return the truck in beatrice. Nowhere on the website did it say a word about any of this when I was booking my reservation. I also ended up having to keep the truck for an extra day due to blizzard conditions. I could not drive the truck to fremont to return it that day. So, naturally uhaul made me pay for two extra days. I was misled by the website and taken advantage of by uhaul and I will be going to the BBB about this. Uhaul needs to refund me for the extra mileage, gas and two days of rental fees which in total is about $200 which I never should've had to pay for. It's a snakey way to do business and I hope somebody will do something to remedy the situation. DO NOT RENT FROM UHAUL! PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I rented a 5 by 8 trailer for a one way to Beatrice, Ne. It was entered as a local rental. When I turned it in at Mead Lumber in Beatrice they had no record of it. But, a call was made to central dispatch finally and it was resolved without a problem. I waited for over a half hour tho.
