I got a text and email accusing me of stealing the property which was already dropped off the day that I rented it. When I called back, there was no answer and then I get a text. I’ll call you later and never get a response. It was unprofessional. I will never use U-Haul here again. You can’t just accuse your clients of stealing something and telling them that the process for theft has already been started when the equipment sitting in the driveway all I had to do is go outside and look to check it in which is their job not mine

STEVEN EI made a contactless reservation for a 20' truck. On pick up day, the truck was not available and I was prompted by the U-Haul app to call customer service. It was irritating that I was given no notice what I reserved a week in advance was not available, but I was able to swap to the 26' truck the location did have. I was then prompted by the app to GO INSIDE the establishment to pick up the keys. I go inside and the “U-Haul CSR†at NAPA wasn't there and I had to wait 15 more minutes to get the keys. When the “U-Haul CSR†did arrive he told me the other NAPA guy could have just given me the keys. I made it a point to select a contactless reservation to avoid any of the above.
