I ended up having to use the app to return the equipment. The one person on staff that could handle it was out. The other employees knew nothing about it. Thankfully I had the app, ability and aptitude to do it myself

KENNETH MI reserved a trailer in Kerrville tx more than 2 weeks ahead of my departure I got a call from a lady saying there was no trailer available She said I would have to to drive my big motor home all the way to Bandera to if I wanted a trailer So I drove to Bandera to to pick one up The guy who helped me in Bandera tx was great I’m disappointed If you make a reservation you should have a trailer ready for me Or have someone bring the trailer to Kerrville for me
