When I reserve a truck and trailer in advance, I don't expect to show up at one location and be told I have to drive 20 miles away to pick up my own trailer.
DAVID SSomehow I got charges $60 for an extra day of use. That’s kinda steep for one day for a trailer so I could finish unloading it.

DEBORAH WIt was not the original pick-up location and I was given an hours notice. Tires weren’t properly inflated.

Velvet NThe check engine light was on. They scanned it and stated it was OK to drive and was emission related. It would need to be fixed if it was going to California. On a 26' truck that would suck gas normally I'm sure this didn't help us any. For the $3200 we paid to rent it, I wish things would have all been in proper order.

Kristine CYour app is useless. It is entirely too difficult to see what trucks a location even has. Returning a truck is time consuming and almost impossible with your app. The up charge return fee, is a joke. Every truck has fleet software, location of the truck, start/ stop time is always know.
Justin BCalled ahead to find out where to leave the truck for after hours drop off. Was informed they did not have anything showing an expected drop off, even though I had received confirmation at the time of scheduling the move. They found the issue where the pickup location changed the drop off location without informing me, and helped get rerouted back to them as originally ordered/scheduled. Very helpful.

Robert RI rented a 15 foot truck because a 10 foot truck was not available. I would have preferred a 10 foot truck.

Lonnie FI’ve tried to reach someone to dispute the charges for my rental. Have not been able to yet. Picked up rental, had flat tire, Napa aired it up said it was good to go. They didn’t even check air pressure. I had to go and fill up at my house to appropriate preasure. Got to destination and tire was flat and wouldn’t hold air. Spent 2 hours limping trailer to try to get tire fixed. Finally found a uhaul location and the replaced tire. Found second tire had nails and replaced it also. Suggested replacing third as was almost bald but did not. Upon return of trailer I investigated more, one tire had been replaced prior to me renting trailer and trailer showed signs of a tire blow out. As it had black rubber marks all inside of fender well in location of new tire and all along outside of fender edge. Someone please contact me 4028805260
James HI have rented from U-haul in the past. I would like to in the future, however, if I must surrender my license to be photographed on un-secured devices, I will refuse, and take my business elsewhere. I can't believe that you are so reckless with personal information!
