Your app is useless. It is entirely too difficult to see what trucks a location even has. Returning a truck is time consuming and almost impossible with your app. The up charge return fee, is a joke. Every truck has fleet software, location of the truck, start/ stop time is always know.
Justin BCalled ahead to find out where to leave the truck for after hours drop off. Was informed they did not have anything showing an expected drop off, even though I had received confirmation at the time of scheduling the move. They found the issue where the pickup location changed the drop off location without informing me, and helped get rerouted back to them as originally ordered/scheduled. Very helpful.

Robert RI rented a 15 foot truck because a 10 foot truck was not available. I would have preferred a 10 foot truck.
