The 26 foot GMC and 5X9 trailer were exactly what I needed to complete my re-location. Check in and out were easy and convenient and the staff was very friendly.RALPH H.
I reserved a truck and appliance dolly 3 days in advance and they had no record of it. They had one reserved for another customer for the following day but not for me. They reluctantly allowed us to rent it but only for 12 hours at a price that usually covered 24 hours. Very disappointed with this uhaul experience!Paula G.

We reserved a larger trailer and at 8:AM on the day we were to pick up the trailer we were called and told they didn't have the trailer we reserved at the Floresville location and asked if we could use a smaller trailer. Since we needed the trailer that day we felt we had no other choice. When we got to the Floresville location at 4: PM there was a trailer the size we reserved there and when we asked they said that it was reserved for someone else. I just find it curious that ours wasn't delivered there. We had ordered it a week before we needed it.MARGARET R.

This drop off location to me would have received a better rating if I had not had to wait while the employee trained a new employee on how to check in a retunred truck. They were both getting paid while I was made to wait. My time is just as valuable, if not more valuable than theirs is. I am the paying customer. I was not happy having to wait while they trained. Not right. Overall the experience was ok. I will probably pick a different drop off place the next time I need UHaul.Margaret B.

I think you all are doing an excellent job already. It was my very first time renting a u hail and I loved that you can easily reserve it online, and go pick it up On a specific day, when I went to Floresville everything went smooth and easy, the things I pre ordered were already in the truck. The only problem Was when I returned the trailer it was on a Sunday and the office was closed so I had to return it by my self ( done this many times at many different locations) it was easy until I parked the trader next to another trailer and while doing final walk around was attacked by several wasps and and had multiple stings around 9 -11 from a nest that was in the tree where the trailers were parked underJohnny B.

Upgrade your trucks. This one was missing door handles, it stank, it looked and acted very old. The ramp would not return to its position unless you got a running start. I also did not receive a dolly and was still charged for it. Not great management of the trucks.BRYAN M.

The new, younger guy and his senior experienced supervisor quickly processed our reservation and hooked to the trailer to the truck. Though our initial 20' reservation/ request was changed to a 15' truck and a 5X8 trailer, with compensation, the combination worked well for us on this one-way move. After hours turn in using my cell phone was not possible on Saturday night due to technical issues, but all was good when I checked in with the u-haul office on Monday morning.RICK T.

First of all, you could probably have the equipment at the pickup location at the time that the reservation is made. A representative from U-Haul contacted me on the day that I was supposed to pick it up and then had to wait 3 hours to get a bigger truck that required more fuel! I returned the truck a day early and with a half a tank of fuel and was not credited!TODD O.
