This facility made a huge mistake with my uhaul reservation. I had scheduled my reservation to pick up my uhual for 10 am on 11/29 and at around 8 am I received a lot of emails, including a receipt, a rental agreement and everything, but they were all addressed to someone else with a different name than me. So when I called to confirm my reservation, turns out someone else took my reservation and my card was charged for the other person that took my reservation. So I was charged twice - one for the reservation that someone else took and then again when I went to go pick up my own uhaul. I was issued a refund for the amount the other person that impersonated me used but this severely delayed my day by about 2 hours - which was a huge inconvenience because I had to turn in my keys to my landlord at a certain time and had to switch my payment method to another card that I was not planning on using. One of my main concerns is the security risk associated with this event because anybody could have just used my card and reservation, and if the impersonator had crashed the uhaul or some other peril had happened to the uhual rented under my information - I could have been liable for that. On top of that the location itself was extremely filthy and the people operating that location did not seem to know what they were doing. I think it would be fair for me to get an entire refund for what I paid, because in my 10+ years of using uhaul, I had never had such a bad experience.

IAN EThe truck broke down, I sat in heat from 3-6 then finally someone showed up to wait till 8 for the truck to get towed. I miss my shift at work , almost lost my job got in trouble for not meeting my moving window with the leasing office and still got charged for a truck that didn’t work.

Joel WThe location of the U-Haul pick up is all rocks and gravel. The U-Haul was also parked in the back. It rained that day some of the ground was a little muddy. I would recommend paving or pulling the U-Haul upfront for customer service and pick up.
