The wait time was long because the U-Haul website wasn't responding. I even tried several times using the mobile app, but it was impossible. My suggestion is for U-Haul to improve its systems.

Michael DReservation said I had to see the rental place personally. Pick up was 8am , the person told me he doesn't start till 8:30. He told me to deal with the app. I then told him I would check the truck out on the app but I still needed the blankets. He brought the blankets out. I was able to check out and get key box code and leave. No real service. Pretty much do it on your own and the truck was missing the blankets. The truck was clean except the interior floor was full of sand.
