Tank was not full. I took a picture before leaving the store and then after filling up at the gas station. It was 5.6 gallons lower than full. it ended up costing me $19 more to fill up the tank.

Nice people. He double checked the car’s electrical system because I just had the hitch installed and initially the lights didn’t work. He fixed the problem by cleaning the connectors on the trailer.

The location of the U-Haul pick up is all rocks and gravel. The U-Haul was also parked in the back. It rained that day some of the ground was a little muddy. I would recommend paving or pulling the U-Haul upfront for customer service and pick up.

The truck had very long brakes, they were not useful for adjusting the seat either, this made my experience somewhat dangerous since it was very far from the pedals.
