I tried using the truck share 24/7 self-service option which would have been fine except I was forced to go in to pick up the key because the drop box feature was not used for some reason and the business owner was 40 minutes late opening his own business! So I had to sit in the parking lot and wait for him to arrive. Pretty much a complete joke of a business. I will never pickup up a U-Haul from here ever again, obviously.

Nice people
Osama Dattendant had the personality of a rock. rude, non-communicative. just pointed toward truck which was 100 yards away. Truck was fine except someone had opened something up in a can like a soft drink and it was all over inside of windshield. had to clean. more importantly, driver's side mirror kept falling down. i probably rolled down the window and lifted that mirror 100 times on the way home driving through Houston.

Ronald CAvoid using this place for drop off if you plan on doing a 24 hour drop off or if you have any time constraints! There is no uhaul key drop box like they're supposed to have and the employees are unapologetically late for work which means you can't return your rental until they decide to show up to work (23 minutes past google opening time and 53 minutes past the opening time they listed on their website)!
Martina ADon’t make the drop off location 20 miles from where you are and then charge me 18 extra dollars for over mileage. I reserved a truck and U-Haul changed the pick up location 3 times, the place I picked up at did not have Dollie’s or blankets as requested in the reservation.
