Both locations I dealt with lied about returning the vehicle. The general manager at 16250 Galveston rd location also lied about the return policy.

Sean SThe AC didn’t work. The truck was dirty and the truck leaked severely and got my comforters and clothes soaking wet and leaked into all the bins on the top of each stack. Then I was charged an extra $52 for an extra day after I was told I was going to get a free day and I was told that the extra miles would be discounted due to the distance of the drop off to the destination. I had to call customer service to report everything and only then did they refund the additional charges. It costs about the same amount just to wash and dry everything that got soaked at a laundromat. Worst service ever.
