There was no problem with the pickup location or the truck I received, but it was still an extremely frustrating experience with U-Haul’s part. The app was down, and I had a lot of trouble getting my truck. I also was unable to return my truck and it was late at night so I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Frustrating. The actual truck and move was great. But I do not like the in-app pickup option. I had originally selected in-person pickup before U-Haul changed it on me.
