There is a parking lot across the street from the drop off location and I tried to get help from customer service but no one answered so I left it in the lot across the street. Please don’t charge extra please, I am a very very poor college student and can’t afford extra fees

It was a fine place to do a mobile drop off at. When they were closed on a Sunday. I’m glad there was another U-Haul parked there or I never would have known where to park.
Amanda BPlease apply the discount I was promised for picking up at a different location. The rental should have been half of the $29. Additionally, I had to drive to the Kingshighway location to pick up, and drop back off, the furniture dolly as there was none in the truck. Finally, please remove the fee for blankets. There were none in the truck and I went without.
Amanda DI did a Sunday pickup so everything was done through the app. The process took a few minutes but was simple. For some reason I was charged additional fees which was very aggravating but after calling customer support a few days later that was corrected and I was only charged what I should have been.
