Great people both locations

They were 30 minutes late opening in the morning and the trucks were buried.

I had an issue with the electric hook and a rear blinker that couldn't be resolved at the first location. I took it to UHaul on Brook Park Road and the two gentlemen who helped me at Brook Park were outstanding.

Was hard to pay on line wasn't accepting my debit said didn't take that kind. And had to use my husband

When I recieved the truck the fuel tank was a quarter low and the drivers wipers was broke and held on with tape. Looking at the lot I picked it up from would not be able to help me. My next truck will be a Penske and I will let my friends know why and they should avoid uhaul. I know this will fall on deaf ears but I got it out.

I specifically stated I did not want the insurance and I was forced to get it anyway. They also didnt have the dolleys I ordered.

The rental location was fine. The phone call prior to pick up was a mess; reservation was for 9:00 AM, did not receive a call to situate the rental until 9:15 AM. Representative repeatedly got name wrong. Was charged more than was quoted when making the reservation (140 vs 124). Representative was not clear in instructions.

The gentleman that helped me was so kind and helpful. I could tell he was busy when I arrived but he stopped what he was doing and never rushed me. He asked if I rented a UHaul before and I told him No, then he explained the process and walked me through it. I would definitely go back to this place again for Uhaul and even for tires!
