I was told this location would have equipment ready for me by U-Haul, as they had to change my pickup location to here. Upon getting to the location, they were not open (8 am pickup,10:30 open time), so my reservation had to be switched to a self-checkout, and the return date was not entered correctly (1 day early)

They are super laid back, and was super pleasant to work with. The workers were definitely awesome and helpful as they walked me through the process as it was my first time using U-haul. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in the area but if I ever need to rent one, they would be the first place I’ll think of.

They were new to U-Haul and didn't know much about the rental process. I think they will get the hang of it over time though. They were super nice. Honestly, I think most of the issues I had were more due to U-Haul not having a better rental process that it was anything that was this locations fault. U-Haul needs to provide the renter with a simple print-out of all the basics they might need (to keep with them in their car) incase they might require roadside assistance. Things like their rental confirmation number, a phone number to call, details about support, etc. Instead we had to stumble on this in the app, which was not very intuitive to navigate. The rental price for this tiny 4x8 trailer was also outrageous. Again, this is something completely out of the locations control. The rental fee was half the price it would cost for me to just buy my own trailer. Feels a little greedy. Less likely do do business with you (U-haul) again. Would definitely rent a boat from Nauti Dayz though.

I drove out of town to pick up furniture that I bought online. Go to load it up & there’s s padlock on the trailer. One of the security ones that couldn’t be cut off. I couldn’t reach the place where I had rented it so I had to call the 800 number for U-Haul. It took 30 minutes for them to call me back and say that they were sending a locksmith or technician. By then I had went and borrowed a skill saw and cut it off, as I was on a tight timeline to meet my movers at my condo. Moving is already a stressful experience. This compounded that. Absolutely HORRIFIC!!!! I had to pay the guy who cut it off for me as well as go and give the guy who loaned us the skill saw money for being so kind to let us borrow it. And it stressed me out beyond imagination. And it was a total inconvenience to the nice people who I had bought the furniture from that had to sit and wait on all of this.. How in the world did they not open the trailer to make sure nothing was still in it & clean it. Then they would have noticed that someone left their lock on it. That should have never happened to me! I have rented from U-Haul for the last 14 years that I’ve been in this industry. I will NEVER go back to that one again and I am still stressed over the experience.
