Fix the cruise control. Don’t make customers drive to a separate site to pickup the trucks. Fuel contract states 1/4 tank, but was 16 miles to empty on the display.
steven bThis was the first time using the app for check in. The instructions on opening the lock were not very clear. The uhaul lock has a lever (hidden behind the key box) which made opening very difficult and time consuming. A call to customer service cleared it up. The pickup photos was slow at times I guess due to cell coverage in the area.

Scott NRefused to take the return saying they don't do trailers anymore. They made me take it down the street who charged me more money than they should. Your customer service has not fixed it.
