This was the first time using the app for check in. The instructions on opening the lock were not very clear. The uhaul lock has a lever (hidden behind the key box) which made opening very difficult and time consuming. A call to customer service cleared it up. The pickup photos was slow at times I guess due to cell coverage in the area.
