Did not like my experience at the College Station store, had the feeling she didn't want to rent her equipment to me since I was going one way, the size of truck and trailer she had several, so had to go 48 miles further to get equipment, had a very pleasant visit in Navasota,nice and friendly, when I told them my experience in College Station, they told me that they have that before from the College Station store.

Gilmar HI rented a 10' box truck for 1 hour and traveled a total of 10 miles. I added 2 gallons of gas, much more than I used. I was overcharged for 15 miles. Service was okay but I do not like being cheated.

Troy DRude, unprofessional, and not helpful or inviting at all. Office was filthy with used to go boxes of food everywhere and clutter and trash all over the office. This was one of the most unprofessional offices I've every experienced. No hello how can help you, no acknowledgment at all but a blank unwelcoming stare. They didn't seem to want to be inconvenienced by having to do their job.

Steve CI rented for a drop off in College Station but UHaul sent me to a town 20 miles away from the original location. Because of that I had to pay extra miles.
Helio MFirst when going to pick up on my original reservation date the wrong key was left in the lock box. When we were finally able to get this straightened out, the very next night, the truck we picked up was only at half a tank! Then uhaul some how changed my drop off location to a town over 100 miles from my destination and also put it for the day I was actually able to get the truck. After calling, again, I was able to get the drop off location back to my original destination but they still had it in for the wrong day. Called AGAIN and was finally able to get it straightened out. Returned the truck per uhaul agreement and was charged an extra $120 and unsure what this charge was for. Worst experience ever and will never use UHaul again. Would never recommend to anyone.

DOROTHY WEmployee communicated to me the day before pickup that there was an issue with the truck the corporate UHaul person reserved for me (it could only be used for local moves due to high mileage, which we weren't). She was able to assign me a larger truck at no additional costs, plus she was just plain wonderful to converse with. This location is quite small with little to no inventory, yet she resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.
Kristy SIt was like night and day. This location had Customer Service and I actually seem to care about the customer. What a concept. Versus where I picked it up I don’t think they cared about the customer they just wanted to make the dollar.
Charles LCustomer service was not friendly & not a people person at all. Guess I am just used to Alabama folks!! Second I think uhaul should amend their policy to be unlimited mileage, such as car rentals do. The mileage might seem sufficient to you, but you have no idea how many trips we had to make between the house & the shed when loading & unloading. I personally was appalled at the charge of an extra $49,50 for going over by 45 miles!! It’s not like we took your big truck joy riding! Who could afford the gasoline??

Lekesha HI was suppose to drop off the truck at Collegr Station, instead, I was told to go 15 minutes to another location to drop off the truck because the original drop location was full.
WEI-YANG WThe customer service was very good but the trailer we picked up had just been dropped off and the location did not have time to go over the trailer by the time I arrived on the spot without a reservation to get the rental. The trailer had a busted tow strap for the passenger side tire and as we were traveling the back driver side tire had a blow out on I-10 due to the tire being bad.
Gabe SI made a reservation on June 2 to pick up a 4 x 8 trailer in college station on June 16. I was notified two days before that I would have to drive to Navasota which is 30 minutes out of my way to pick up a U-Haul because there were not enough in college station. My question is, what is the point in having a reservation system if the equipment I am requesting is not there? Also, when I drove by both college station U-Haul locations each of them had two 4 x 8 trailers on site. When I drove to the Navasota location to pick up the trailer, it took over 30 minutes to process my reservation. So, I ended up losing 1 1/2 hours of moving time. Very frustrated and very disappointed with the service I received from U-Haul especially since I reserved the 4 x 8 trailer two weeks prior to needing it and had to drive 30 minutes one way to pick up a trailer that should’ve been available in the city that I requested.

David RAfter paying $400 to rent then $200 to fill up the tank was a bit much in my opinion. I know you can't help the rising gas costs but shouldn't the $400 cover some of that?

Sonya YThis specific truck was very dirty in the cab with a cigarette lighter and food crumbs all over. We had to sweep out the back of the truck including cigarette butts and the tank was not at a quarter tank like I was told. It was far less than an 8th tank. I had to put gas before I could travel with it.
TAMARA MHave a way to lift the 6x12 trailer on to the tow hitch. It took two people to get it raised on to the hitch. One person standing on the back to counter weight it and the other on the front to guide it on the hitch. On the return it took three people to un hitch it. Can you put a trailer Jack on these so one person can do it?

DION CUhaul changed the drop off location for my rental, to a place that was not open. There was no one there to help unhitch the trailer in 100 degree heat. I had to drive an extra hour. There should have been a phone call, not a random email, sent when a change is made to a contract!! In the middle of moving from one place to another this was a huge hassle.

david dI didn’t have a problem until I’m order was misunderstood and I had to make change at the last minute. I originally called the other location on Texas Ave and he made his own mistakes but got me over to the 2813 Texas Ave, College Station, TX 77840 location. When the gentleman called to confirm he wasn’t very pleasant to talk with he didn’t understand what I was asking for due to the fact I was asking for a 48 hr rental and was only getting a 4 hr rental. The only reason I would go back is because of Kristina Garcia. She helped us even when the store was closed. Her customer service was fantastic. Never rushed us or complained about the time. Thank you so much Mrs. Garcia! awesome job!!
channon nI have a local business and use Navasota Glass and U-haul frequently. I love the small town feel and the staff is amazing, courteous & always meets or exceeds every expectation. The availability and quality of the equipment they keep on-hand, tied with their customer service expertise is the sole reason I have not purchased my own equipment instead of renting.

Carlos BAccess to location is confusing and difficult to approach. Entrance is on a highway access road that can be approached from one-way only. Entrance to U-Haul is quite a distance from the entrance to the access road. We knew exactly where the U-Haul place was, but didn't get there on the first pass.
