Have someone at the renting facility when the renter arrives to pick up the truck, and have someone at the renting facility when the renter arrives to drop off the truck. Neither of these things were true at this location for me.

I’ve rented from uhual more times than I can count. This time had to be the worst. I ordered an appliance dolly when I ordered the uhual. As per usual, no dolly and cause it was a Sunday, I wasn’t able to get the dolly from inside due to it being closed. Truck was extremely dirty inside and out. Gas! What gas? It had 16 miles til empty. As many times that I have rented, you would at least expect things to go smooth more times than it should. Nope! Not with uhual.

Also as I was traveling down the highway I notice the truck was pulling to the right and the wipes wasn't the greatest. The serpentine belt is making noise also

Raymond DTruck broke down on us twice. We couldn't get our moved done in the required time in fear that we would be stuck. Roadside assistance had to come to our home and told us it's the relay system and they rigged it up for us. I order another truck from a different location same day we return the faulty equipment. We told the guy that rented us the truck what happen and he said they knew the truck had problems but his manager told him it was ok to rent out. Uhaul took money from me knowing the truck was faulty. I will be doing a complaint with BBB and my bank cause we couldn't use the service we paid for.

WILLIAM HOverall excellent service from the gentleman, my only complaint is that I had the dolly for an hour and didn’t end up using it for what I thought I’d need it for so I basically just wasted my money and could not get a refund.

JEANNE HClean the trucks; the cargo areas were filthy and so were the cabs of all the box trucks on the lot. I just picked the least filthy. There was even trash in the Storage compartments of the cab. It was horrible. And the trucks all smelled of body odor.

Karen Doil light was on when I rented the vehicle. I reported it immediately and I was told not to worry about it. When I got home, I checked the oild and it was very low. I had to add 2 quarts of oil at my expense which I shouldn't have had to do since the vehicle was low on oil when I rented it. In addition, the A/C rarely worked. It occasionally blew cool air but most of the time, the air was unacceptably warm. I suspect it was very low on freon. Also, after I returned the vehicle, I was later charged for moving blanket rental and hand truck rental that I had not ordered or used.
DAVID BI had to pass four locations closer to my home to get a truck!!! I hate that you wanted more money to get a truck further away from me and my pick up area!!!

What impresses me most is that if I am having a little trouble getting the truck folks scramble from the office to help. Just good old fashioned service.
