Quick and Easy pick up and drop off~
S NNo one showed up till after 9am to open the store. Inside of truck was dirty in the cab and in the moving box.

SCOTT MThe person doing the safety check didn’t do it properly. I drove a trailer that was not connected properly and could have been very dangerous. I later got a text and phone call saying I needed to stop immediately because of this situation.

MALLIK KException to the equipment: The U-Haul had a leak in the upper right-side of the cargo area (side closest to the passenger seat). This made it impossible to load when it was raining, causing some packing (and timing) inconvenience. This should be address. Also, while it was not filthy, it could have been cleaned better for usage. The service station manager was nice and customer friendly. Thanks.

CHARNETHIA BThis is my 4th visit to this location in the past few years and each time has been a great experience. The ease of checking in and out has been superior. Today, I had to quickly move things to storage as I'm moving before heading home for the holidays. I was able to pick up my cargo van within minutes of reserving online. I will be returning next summer when it's time to move again as I'm building a new home.
COTY LI have placed order twice for utility dolly and I have been notified during the pickup time that dolly is not available at this location and I called customer care and they have helped me to make a reservation for dolly at other location when I went to new location they said dolly is not for rent and it took me atleast 2 hrs of time.

MIRIAM CHave a place to put the key. The lockbox opening was not large enough for the key. I left the key in the vehicle locked and secured. The location charged my card for roadside assistance to access the key when they had nowhere to leave it after hours.

JOE CThe box truck we rented had no AC. No AC IN TEXAS literally can burn you. The engine was weird, terrible transmission. Dents and scratches everywhere. GAS was basically empty and was told to bring back with 1/5 tank left… the counter person was not friendly at all and had a hard time listening. They did help me with one thing but the negatives FAR OUT RULES the positives.

Robert LDid not have all equipment requested. Received truck with low oil, light came on every stop and start. Trash left in cabin. Location called back to back at unreasonable time (6:50am) to have argument about gas charge.
Garrett HDidn’t have a good experience with the location it’s self. After talking to customer service and a manger, they all helped me out with the problem and solved it quickly. So I’m thankful, and will be using uhaul again.

Jimmy HI was running a little behind schedule so they kept calling me constantly and when I answered they were like you know your suppose to return the truck at 1pm. I was like I know but I'm behind my past experiences with uhaul is once you return the uhaul if you go over they just charge your credit card not getting phone calls. It was an insult like I was going to steal their uhaul. I will never rent from that location again and I will never recommend anyone to go there.

The truck was clean but I was suppose to get a dolly and blankets and they were not in the truck. And you pay extra for that so the only end up giving me a furniture dolly because that’s all they had. Not a good experience at all

Sriram NThe Fuel capacity which is listed while we took the vehicle is "Half Tank" but when I entered the vehicle, The fuel was almost nill, I was surprised, I immediately got down the vehicle, then noticed the fuel cap was open, the previous customer didn't close the fuel nob properly, the fuel got evaporated. I just drove for 15miles, I spent almost 45$ to fuel the vehicle for 15miles I drove, and still got charged for fuel again, worst experience ever.
