This location had the U-Haul in an offsite parking area. Worker did not give an address to offsite parking. Gave very bad directions, I drove around 10 mins looking for the offsite parking. Worker also had a bad attitude and would mumble everything he was saying

I had reserved the truck in advance. Still my pickup location was changed one day before stating that no trucks are available. I had booked two utility dollies and one appliances dolly. But the person said that location didn't have any utility dolly. Then he charged me for an appliances dolly. The dolly was not in the truck and the person couldn't find it. He found it after some time. We kept it in the truck and went to location where I needed to pickup my stuff. There we realized that the person gave us utility dolly and still charged me for appliances dolly. I didn't know the difference. Very poor service.

Every time I've needed a U-Haul trailer or truck, they've made the process quick and painless - no waiting around, no confusion about paperwork, just friendly, efficient service. Nassim is knowledgeable about the equipment and always takes the time to make sure I have what I need. I also get my vehicle inspection done here, and it's just as easy. Very quick, straightforward, and one less errand to run somewhere else. It's rare to find this level of consistent, genuine customer service, and it's why this is the only place I go. Highly recommend this location if you need gas, convenience items, U-Haul equipment, or vehicle inspection.
