The location I ended picking up the U-Haul from was great. However I originally was supposed to pick it up somewhere else. I received a text from U-Haul saying “pickup is at ____ “. I just assumed it was reminding me of the pickup and wasn’t aware it was a different address. So I showed up to pick it up where I was originally supposed to and they were closed. Would have been nice if I received a call or a text saying location of pickup has changed”

My wife and I came in on the spare of the moment to obtain a van to move a couple of large items that would not fit in our car. The staff was extremely helpful and able to accommodate us on the spot. Thank you

The owners of this franchise are the most racist and dishonest people I have ever met. If you happen to have an accent, the lady simply makes sure you know you are a human being much inferior to her, and arbitrarily cancels any reservation actioned directly through the u-haul app. Additionally, for a 4 hour rental, even though the equipment was returned with 15 dolars worth of gas over the one received, they did not apply the mist affordable rate, deciding to charge mt a dollar per minute, on top of all other fees. I would never return to that place EVER! And I would also like U-Haul to contact me and review the receipt received with me.

The staff were great very friendly. But the rental truck its self was beaten up, sharp pieces sticking out from the side. My son got his shirt snagged on the truck and it ripped his shirt. But we got what we needed moved

I was overcharged is the first thing. The charges online when I booked the truck was no where near what I was charged on my card. The lady at the U-Haul place was super rude. When we took the truck back she was upset cause we were trying to give the dolly back and she said she was closed but the door was open and the open sign was on. When I originally went to rent pick the truck up, the ladies husband was basically almost accusing me of not going to bring the truck back. The entire experience was super distasteful and I will never rent from this location again!!!!!!!

Why charge extra per mile if the vehicle is only used less than three hours? A flat rate for under a certain amount of hours and driven legally would be an advantage for your company!

The people that work at that location are extremely rude and racist. The area is mainly hispanic customers, and the older couple that works there are incredibly rude. I heard them yell at customers over the phone, one of the phrases used while talking to a customer over the phone who was inquiring about prices was “I don’t have time for this ridiculous conversation”.

I would not recommend uhaul at all. I reserved a truck weeks before my move, everything was confirmed, I arrived at the location on homestead, of course they didnt have my truck I reserved, I had to rent a larger truck to keep on my move schedule, which cost me a lot more than the truck I reserved, talk about bait and switch, what a scam. my advice to anyone considering uhaul,, drive the extra mile and rent a penske , at least you will get what you reserved. what a rip off. not a happy customer. you want to improve , go out of business. you suck.

I'm still waiting on my refund on 5 gallons of gasoline . I was overcharged. I rent 3 times. 3 Weeks on this last one time they told me they going to refund for the overcharged ⛽. I waiting for 3 weeks now. Refund was supposed to be @$23.50 !!!??? I'm still waiting. Refundy money. I rent for 3 weeks. 3 times. Well over $800 dollars Give me my refund in overcharged gasoline.

To start with, I used the app to be able to speed things up. I followed the instructions checked truck walked in to pick up key and walk out. NOPE, they don't do this there had to wait 30 minutes while she then told me they didn't have my truck that I just verified as my rental and was going to call other locations and then canceled my reservation to redo it to show I ordered it through them, I then watch them be rude to everyone that walked in. She finally gave me the original truck I had reserved through the fast pickup app!!! The truck was dirty in the cab but needed to go so didn't say anything. Very unprofessional and trust me we were not rude they just seem to not enjoy people needing help. The drop off area couldn't have been nicer to us and very professional.

They tell you that the uhaul is in a location and when you arrive and you have already paid, they give you the key to pick it up and it is more than a 25 minute walk away because they don't have them there

The customer service at this location is absurd! The lady by the name of Donna, along with the gentleman who I believe was her husband, were very rude, disrespectful, narcissistic, and very unprofessional. They literally called me a liar many times! I will not EVER do business with this facility again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! They do not deserve to represent U-Haul. I booked a 7am pickup online. It was supposed to be through the app and a lockbox for the keys. The pickup location does not have early pickup as an option, even though it is in fact listen online. They changed my reservation to 9am without calling to notify me.

We have an issue with the entrance code that took a while to resolve, otherwise not bad at all. Your unit don't have lights, would be nice to have some.

The truck had grease running out of the drivers dual wheel bearing, and was smashed on every corner. The alignment was off 15°, and the truck dog tracked down the road. I could forgive those things, but the truck was infested with cockroaches so much so that I had to bomb it during the rental to keep them off me while I was driving. The worst part was the roof leaked on the truck, and during heavy rain our furniture got soaked, damaging a few pieces. The couple is absolutely wonderful that runs this location, but it no excuse to rent out 160k mile, unsafe, dirty & damaged equipment. At the very least we should have been compensated on our rental total. We spent the same to rent this truck as any other quality Uhaul.

Trucks smelled like smoke, Even though he has a sign on his counter that says be nice he's rude as hell to the customers. And why should I have to park the van I found out later a half a mile away from where I picked it up

I have rented from this place a few times and every time I feel like I should have gone elsewhere. This was the last time for sure. The owners have 0 customer service skills and treat everyone who isn't white like trash. I am surprised Uhaul would continue doing business with these people.
