The truck was left with no gas in the Vehicle, it said a quarter tank but it was a bit below that. Make sure the equipment the customer requests is in the vehicle if the customer is picking up outside office hours.

The fuel guage was not consistent and at times it goes up and then it goes down. 3. The owner Mr. Dave Nelson was not courteous and professional in dealing 4. I returned the truck within an hour and I was charged USD53 after 2 business days when the temp authorization of USD 76 was placed on my credit card. 5. I believe, Nelsons have setup the trucks condition in a way to rip off customers by blaming them for faults that are already there in the truck and by manipulating the fuel guages of the trucks. I have serious doubts on their way of doing business. Must be inspected by U-Haul randomly. Regards Wasim

Samuel F.U-haul should continually monitor there add-on equipment, to ensure that the mover get everything they requested. Rather than showing up to pick the truck up and being told that they don't have the equipment. My move cost me extra mileage and money, because I had to find a place that would rent the equipment that I needed.

Donald S.It took me 2 hours to get into my truck; putting my moving schedule behind 2 hours. The incompetence of the person, when verifying the reservation (at Nelson Transmission) also created huge problems; he put the reservation a week ahead, instead of the day I needed it. I didn't have the appliance dolly I needed. I didn't have the moving pads I needed. The truck was dirty and had a horrible smell. It took me 3 phone class and 45 mins of waiting on hold, to speak to someone in customer service. I feel that I should be reimbursed for any and all mileage and discounted for the rental. This is THEE absolute worst experience I've EVER had with a moving truck. It was an absolute atrocity.

Matthew K.I signed up for a one-way 15' rental truck at a 'neighborhood u-haul dealer (Radford's) because the online system made it appear that truck was located there. The day before, I received notice the truck was available 28 minutes and several townships away. I was given extra mileage, but not offered a refund for gas. Also, I had requested a furniture dolly, but the location did not have it. The truck cabin given to me also had several pieces of garbage, including dried caulking.

That was an hour out of my way and delayed our move. Terrible protocol. Total dissatisfaction with u haul service. I made my reservation a month early - there were trucks available in gbg. When I reserved. Uhaul offered nothing to correct the issue. Poor service from uhaul.
