LINDSY SOrdered a fifteen foot truck, got a ten foot truck. Was told there were no other trucks available after putting in a rental for the 15ft BUT for the 5 hours that I had this truck, there were 2- 15 foot trucks sitting in the same alley way that I picked up the 10 foot truck from. Got charged for mileage, as I was supposed to, but due to the smaller truck had to make 2 trips instead of one which caused a higher mileage charge. Did not order insurance got charged for insurance. Tried to call to get this figured out.Nobody answers.
