Windshield glass dangerously cracked. The roof had large holes on it that prevented me from sensitive items. It was disappointing!!
Martin FThe agent was eager to help with the check-in but evidently he either forgot or was delayed because I returned the truck at 8:05 am EDT and didn’t have confirmation of the return until I received my receipt at 8:01 pm EDT after a phone call to customer service. In retrospect I should have just checked the vehicle in using the app. Geofencing prevented me from doing this later after I had left. I had however taken a picture of the dash which showed the odometer, the gas gauge and the equipment number. I believe the customer service rep, who was very helpful, wound up contacting the regional rep to resolve the situation
Colbert DPerson did not do walk through with me at drop off. Just charged me for over mileage ( was given 404 miles on a 475 miles trip) Had a lot of loiters. Not inviting
Michael DFirst trailer was filthy and had a bad tire. Second trailer had a flat tire. Third trailer was clean and had four new tires. No problem with third trailer on the trip.

Joseph LThe trailer had a tire with very low tire pressure that became evident when I loaded the vehicle. The tire did not maintain pressure during the trip. It’s obvious that pre trip inspections were not performed.
Tony PBy no fault on them. U-Haul messed up my reservation and it took 45-60mins to pick up the truck. The rep at the Shop was busy because she had to wear many hats for the shop. She did her best. U-Haul needs to make the process smoother.
Bernedett MEverything about the location and people there was great. However, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Uhaul itself. I made my reservation for the trailer several days before hand, did all of the “pre check in” things at the same time, however I didn’t realize I didn’t have it charge my card (although all the info was in). When I went to pick up the trailer 4 days later, it took over 3 hours to get it dispatched because Uhaul was having website issues. I spent several hours on the phone with uhaul customer service, transportation, and other ( wherever the person decided to connect me too) before I finally got the trailer released to me. After hooking up the trailer, I realized the electrical whip for the lights on the trailer was missing. I then had to wait for the “experienced” worker to get there, which fortunately was only another ten min, for him to call around and find a pigtail for the lights. After another 30 min, I had to unhook the trailer, drive 15 min away to get a pigtail, wait to get it, 15 min back, and finally rehook up the trailer. Overall, taking about 4 hours to pick up the trailer. Shortly after finally getting to my residence, I get a call saying the original contract agreement to drop the trailer off in Christiansburg (which is only 15 min from my ending residence) that I had to now bring the trailer to Roanoke which is an hour away, over two hours round trip. I am beyond unhappy, upset, and disappointed with my recent experience and plan on looking elsewhere for my family’s travels back next summer unless something is done.
James WThe App was confusing and difficult for me and the manager at the location to use. It just isn't ready yet. We spent an hour trying to fix the problem. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AND THEIR MANAGEMENT WAS GREAT.
DAVID FIt was a smoke shop where the owners were both smoking weed and drinking. They couldn't even use the app properly to help me. What should have been 19 mins turned into and 45 my min process
